EBT Chartered Professional Accountants

Please note that in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the offices of EBT Chartered Professional Accountants are now closed to the public.
We continue to operate, following our regular office hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and can be reached by phone during that time.
Our office is set up to operate remotely, and we continue to work to improve our systems and processes to make this as efficient and user friendly as possible. Our commitment to our clients throughout this pandemic is to maintain availability and client services, as much as possible.
We request that you do not delay in providing us with your tax information. While the personal tax filing deadline has been extended to June 1, 2020, during tax season our staff work extensive hours and even with this extension, a significant interruption to our workforce capacity will make the new deadline very challenging. We therefore, are continuing to work as much as possible, and request that you provide us with your information as soon as possible.
Clients are encouraged to e-mail electronic copies of their records, or use the Client Portal on our website to submit their documents. Information can also be submitted via fax to 403-526-1011. If you have records that must physically be dropped off, we have a secure drop off location set up at our Medicine Hat location, on the main floor of the Gaslight Plaza, that can be accessed during regular office hours.
All client correspondence will continue via phone, e-mail and/or video conferencing at this time.
Thank you for your patience as we work together through this unprecedented event.
